Stress


Have you ever sat on the edge of a high place and thought  'I could jump right now" or maybe facing a mirror and thought 'I wanna punch that". Those type of thoughts usually comes from stress. The majority of people that are under stress likes to pretend that they're okay. This sometimes leads to them hurting themselves or suicide. Reality is the leading cause of stress among those in touch with it. Academic pressure, family problems and peer pressure, those are the main realities that can cause stress. Despite all that, have we ever thought? That stress is not what happens to us. It's our response to what happen and respond is something that we can choose at any moment. Sometimes, it's not the loads that breaks you down but it's the way you carry it. Allah will never give you anything that you can't handle so chill. Don't stress. Life becomes easy when you let go of unnecessary stress. You do enough. You are enough. You have enough. Relax.
